1. DOA reporting requirements (strictly time-limited)
Reporting timeliness: DOA reports are submitted within 1 hour of receiving the package, and failure to report within the time limit will be considered as an automatic waiver of the claim, no exceptions.
Photographic Evidence:
Take a photo of the dead fish inside the unopened bag.
Take a photo of a dead fish in a container filled with water.
II. Refund and Replacement Policy
Processing options: You can choose to refund or replace the live body, and the replacement will be at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Instructions: Once the website generates a waybill, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Sales principle: live goods do not accept returns, all orders will take effect when they are completed, and refunds are not supported.

If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost for more than 5 days due to shipping issues, the DOA policy automatically expires.
5. Customer Responsibility
Parcel tracking: Customers are responsible for tracking the parcel logistics and signing for the parcel when it is delivered.
Delay handling: If you do not receive the package within 4-5 days, please contact the logistics company directly for inquiries.
